This policy explains what information Global Hub Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “United Global Hub Solutions”) collects when you use unitedglobalhubsolutions.com and our software, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Global Hub Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time:
Global Hub Solutions LLC1580 Mira Lago Blvd, Apt 112
Farmers Branch, Dallas, TX 75234
United States
Email: admin@unitedglobalhubsolutions.com
2. What we collect
- Account information — your name, work email, phone number, company name and billing address.
- Customer data you enter — traveler names, contact details, bookings, itineraries, messages and payment records that you or your team add to the platform.
- Payment information — handled by our third-party payment processor. We store only the last four digits and the card type. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
- Usage data — log-in times, IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
- Support correspondence — the emails you send us and our replies.
3. How we use it
To provide and support the service, process subscription payments, respond to your requests, send service notices about outages and changes, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your data or your customers' data to train machine learning models. We do not serve advertising.
4. Data you hold about your customers
For traveler data you enter into the platform, you are the controller and we are the processor. We process it only on your documented instructions and only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data with us, and for the notices you give your own travelers.
5. Who we share it with
We share data with service providers who help us operate — cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and error monitoring — under contracts limiting them to that purpose. We also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is sold or merges, data may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify account holders first.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session, and basic analytics cookies to understand which pages people use. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though the platform will not stay signed in if you do.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or restore it. After that it is deleted, except records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion by writing to us.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and comparable state laws — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of it
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these, email admin@unitedglobalhubsolutions.com from the address on your account. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need a permitted extension. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role, protected by multi-factor authentication, and administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay and as required by law.
10. Children
The service is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. International users
We operate in the United States and our servers are located there. If you access the service from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will post the updated version on this page with a new date and email account holders before it takes effect.
